Pricing

Parade is an out-of-network provider for all insurances and all services are self-pay.

All payments are due at the time of service and can be conveniently paid online via debit, credit or HSA/FSA card through the secure client portal.

If you’d like to use your out of network benefits through your insurance, I can provide you with a “superbill” (a detailed, itemized receipt of services provided) that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. I have a helpful guide with the codes that the insurance will ask for that I can send to you.
